What we want and why
We want to know your basic personal data for the purpose of contacting you with further information about Tabby's Tunes. To celebrate your child(ren)'s birthday(s) and to inform you of any cancellations. We use your postcode to help us analyse what venue works best for each location and it is always helpful for our Marketing Department to know how you heard about the classes. We will not collect any personal data from you that we do not need.

What we do with it
Tabitha Blyth is the Data Controller of the Personal Data that you provide to us and all personal data we process is by our staff and volunteers and located on servers in the UK. No third parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. We have a Data Protections Policy in place to oversee and secure the processing of your personal data.

How long we keep it
The data you provide will be deleted once you have unsubscribed from the mailing list. This can be done at the bottom of the weekly emails or by emailing us at [email protected]. Your child/children's date of birth(s) will be deleted once you unsubscribe from the mailing list of they start school (i.e. in the academic year that they turn 5 years old).

What are your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking 'unsubscribe' at the bottom of the weekly emails or by emailing us. If you believe the data we hold concerning you and your child(ren) is/are incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you are still unhappy you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioners Office.
